Let the Whole World Hear
Nehemiah 12:43 The worship was so great when the wall was being dedicated that the sound was heard far off. We need to worship in the same way.

Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced, for God had made them rejoice with great joy; the women and the children also rejoiced, so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard afar off. Nehemiah 12:43 (NKJV)
All of Jerusalem with the surrounding villages gathered along the wall to celebrate its completion, dedicating it to the Lord. The priests and Levites purified themselves, the people, the gates, and the wall. Nehemiah appointed two thanksgiving choirs and sent them to the left and right of him spreading them towards the Refuse Gate and the Gate of the Prison. Under the leadership of Jezrahiah, the director, they sang loudly, and all of the people joined in so that their worship could be heard far off, because God came into them and made them rejoice with great joy.
The passage from Nehemiah 12, shows that worship is more than ritual; it is a celebration of God’s faithfulness. Ephesians 5:19 says, “Speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your hearts to the Lord.” Worship comes from the heart, is "God inspired," and is made powerful when believers come together to give praise to their God. Authentic worship and gratitude can impact others beyond the immediate community because it becomes contagious, can draw people into the faith community, and inspire them to seek their own relationship with God.
Choose to worship from the heart and let the whole world hear the joy that your relationship with Jesus brings to you. Invite a friend or relative to a Christian concert or Sunday worship and let them experience the power that comes from communal worship. Be ready to offer them a chance to accept Jesus as their Savior and pray the sinner's prayer with them. Most importantly, bring your wholehearted worship into everyday interactions, making gratitude visible in daily life and letting the whole world hear you are a disciple of Christ.
