Blessed be the Lord your God, who delighted in you, setting you on the throne of Israel! Because the Lord has loved Israel forever, therefore He made you king, to do justice and righteousness. 1 King 10:9 (NKJV)
The news of King Solomon's great wisdom spread throughout the world catching the attention of the queen of Sheba. She came to see Solomon with all her advisors to put his wisdom to the test. When every question was answered with ease and she saw all of the wealth that he had accumulated, the queen of Sheba knew it had to have come from the Lord. God had blessed Solomon with wisdom because He loved Israel.
Just like Solomon, God blesses us with wisdom. We just have to ask for it. James 1:5 says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." The bible is the source of the wisdom that comes from God and the world will test you with its own wisdom. By getting into His word daily and studying it, not just reading, you become able to discern the true wisdom from the false. Don't always take someone's word about a piece of wisdom from the bible. Just because someone may tell you it is in the bible, it doesn't mean it is. Always go to the bible and do a fact check, especially if you are getting that gut feeling that the advice may not be right. God loves us so much that He blessed us with insurmountable wisdom that comes from His word.
Choose to ask God to bless you with His wisdom. The world will give you its own wisdom, so test everything, holding fast to what is good, and to examine the Scriptures daily to discern what is true and false. When you do that, you receive the fruits of Gods wisdom. God will bless you with righteous living, peace, harmony, discernment, and understanding. Choose to show the world God's blessing through His wisdom.
